Stormwater Construction General Permit (SWCGP) Information
DEQ has updated the Stormwater Construction webpage (https://www.deq.virginia.gov/permits/water/stormwater-construction). The Construction General Permit Forms and other associated documents are posted on the Stormwater – Construction webpage (includes permit information for single-family detached residential structures). The “As-built Certification Statement” is temporarily posted
